Through this partnership with the Coalition for the Common Good and co-founders Antioch and Otterbein Universities, ESCCO client school districts and partners are eligible for a 15% discount on tuition for the full catalog of undergraduate and graduate degree programs and certificates. This includes BA Degree Completion, MA in School Counseling, MEd in Education programs, Ohio K-12 Reading and TESOL Endorsements, and more. Immediate household family members of active ESCCO client school districts and partners are also eligible for these partnership benefits.

BA in Applied Studies

BS in Healthcare Administration
The Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration major is a 60 credit bachelor’s completion major. The Healthcare Administration major expands educational opportunities for students who began their education at two-year institutions with a focus on the Allied Health professions. The Healthcare Administration major will also provide a distinct pathway for program graduates to continue their studies with Antioch University Online in the Master of Human Services Administration.
BA in Human Development
Social challenges are constantly evolving as the traditional roles, lifestyles, and conceptions of identity change alongside public policy. Learn to address the changing social structures of contemporary society and their impact on the growth of individuals and families in various cultural contexts. BA in Liberal Studies, Literature, and Creative Writing
Antioch University’s online Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Literature and Creative Writing presents an affordable degree completion option, accelerating your progress toward a career in writing while keeping your financial future intact. This program combines an examination of great works of literature with a perspective on how to use them to inspire your own writing.
BA in Management
Antioch University’s online Bachelor of Arts in Management degree is an affordable program that provides a knowledgeable foundation to understand and lead change in a shifting, globally oriented world. You will examine management situations from a systemic perspective and address human, organizational, and community issues; enhance leadership skills, and explore how to diagnose problems and intervene effectively with both individual and group situations. BS in Applied Technology and Business Leadership
The applied technology and business leadership program curriculum includes the Interdisciplinary Core, a distinguishing factor of Antioch University Online that sets Antioch apart from other universities. BS in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, and Sciences
Antioch’s online BS in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, and Sciences explores numerous disciplines, including global studies, science, economics, health, ethics, culture, and leadership. within experiential and engaging coursework. This program pays special attention to issues of equity and justice-mindedness, particularly as environmental hazards and climate change disproportionately impact poor and marginalized groups in societies across the globe.
- The Master of Arts in School Counseling program is offered online with two one-week-long intensive residencies. These are low-residency opportunities.
- This counselor education program, with a specialty area in School Counseling, trains students in eight (8) core areas:

- Antioch’s Ohio K-12 Reading Endorsement is fully approved by the Ohio Department of Higher Education. The 12-credit* online program offers licensed Ohio teachers advanced-level study of historical and current reading theory, study and application of relevant Ohio-approved assessment administration and analysis, evidence-based pedagogical practices for diverse readers in grades K-12, and hands-on clinical experience, supported by a university supervisor.

- The Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) endorsement is available to Ohio teachers who wish to add a TESOL endorsement to their existing license. Through the 12-hour* TESOL endorsement program, licensed Ohio teachers gain advanced-level understandings of linguistics and language acquisition, learn and apply evidence-based strategies for teaching English Learners, engage in critical discussions of English Learners and their school, family, and community-based experiences, and complete a hands-on, data-driven learning and teaching practicum.

- Our programs offer a working adult-friendly pathway with online classes available through Antioch University and hybrid K12 education coursework at Otterbein University.

- $6000 President’s Merit Scholarships - New students seeking a master’s degree with a minimum 3.40 GPA and work/life experience are eligible for awards of $6000, distributed equally over the first two academic years of the student’s program, and students must remain enrolled full-time.
- $12,000 President’s Doctoral Fellowship Scholarship - Beginning in Summer 2026, 24 students per year will be awarded fellowships of $12,000 that can be applied to any of Antioch University’s doctoral programs.
- Otterbein University’s Advantage Scholarship - Dependents of ESCCO client school districts and partners are eligible for Otterbein University’s Advantage Scholarship, which includes up to $80,000 for tuition for undergraduate programs at Otterbein.
